These Terms of Service govern your use of the Website Innovator website and services. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
- Agreement to terms โ By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- Services โ Website Innovator (PROIT LLC) provides web design, software development, SEO, and digital marketing services. Specific terms for each project are in a separate service agreement or proposal.
- Client responsibilities โ Provide accurate information; respond to requests for content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner; ensure you have rights to content you provide; and pay invoices on agreed terms.
- Intellectual property โ Client content: you retain ownership of content you provide. Our work: upon full payment, you own the custom work created for your project; we retain the right to display it in our portfolio. Third-party assets: stock photos, fonts, and plugins are subject to their own licenses.
- Payment terms โ A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin; final payment is due upon completion before launch; late payments may incur fees; specific terms are in project proposals.
- Project timeline โ We provide estimated timelines. Delays from late feedback, content delivery, or scope changes may extend the timeline.
- Revisions and changes โ Proposals include a specified number of revision rounds; additional revisions or scope changes may incur fees.
- Hosting and maintenance โ Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for their own hosting and maintenance. We offer maintenance packages as an optional service.
- Limitation of liability โ We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
- Warranties โ We warrant professional performance. We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic increases, or conversion rates.
- Termination โ Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for work completed to date and receives completed work upon payment; deposits are non-refundable.
- Confidentiality โ We keep your business information confidential and will not share it without consent, except as required by law.
- Governing law โ These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland; disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.
- Changes to terms โ We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
